Limited

So I've decided to limit my sugar intake, which I know I should have done a while ago. I'm not very happy about my weight, and I know that sugar isn't helping. I'm not as bad as I used to be, but I need to do way better. So I can only have sugar on sunday's. It's not going to be easy, but I have to do it, especially if I want to feel somewhat okay with wearing a swimming suit this summer. I don't want to look at myself in mirror and photo's and be discusted with myself. So not eating sugar and pushing myself more in my workouts, will hopefully help.

DON'T WORRY ABOUT THE WEIGHT! Limiting your sugar is a good thing, but to tell you the truth, a month without sugar hasn't done a thing for my body, but it helped my mind. Good luck, but I'll warn you, it's hard. And keep in mind it's very easy to get a weeks worth of sugar in 1 day. I'm excited you are doing this. I have tried to do sugar once a week for quite a while now and it's harder than you think so I'm glad I have someone to do it with now. AND PLEASE, DON'T SAY THAT STUFF ABOUT YOUSELF. YOU ARE DOING GREAT!

Steve's doing the 1x a week sugar thing. I think I'll be okay for a few days, then it will be hard as the weekend gets closer. I really do like my sugar. I know I wouldn't be able to do the no sugar for a month. At least not right now.
